Kitchen Wands

Kitchen Wands are individually handcrafted lasered beech wood spoons. The wood is grown in a protected, managed European forest. Once in Canada, the charm is added by an engraver. Each Kitchen Wand is dipped in a bath of fractionated coconut oil and melted beeswax which brings out the grain and deepens the tone of the wood. “Dandelion Wishes” is an example of our current Kitchen Wand shape.

After being hand polished the last steps are labeling and packing for shipping. The label includes a non commercial website address that explains each design.

As these are natural products there will be unique variations in colour, grain and shape. Our new spoons are slightly darker in tone making the grain more visible. The good news is that the lasering also shows up darker.
